We provide measurement and calibration Tests, ODM, OEM services for certain products.

We have hundreds of customers from over 60 countries, and to meet their demands, we developed a plant in Vietnam (with a total infrastructure area of 10000 square meters, which includes three major buildings dedicated to operations and production) in addition to the main manufacturing facility in Taiwan. Now, we are focusing on automatic production lines and investing in automation equipment. In the future, we pledge to deliver the highest-quality product in the shortest possible period.

【文/陳小凌】近年來臺灣電視劇集佳作不斷，為促進臺灣產業界的國際市場商機及國際人才交流，文化內容策進院與歐洲最大電視劇集展「Series Mania」，日前在法國里爾共同簽署「合作備忘錄」、建立合作關係，串聯起影視產業國際化所需的資金和通路，並拓寬臺灣人才、製作題材等與全世界合作的大門。文策院代表臺灣成為大會合作夥伴之後，臺灣也成為大會建立長期合作關係的第一個亞洲國家。

文策院董事長丁曉菁與大會電視劇集展會總監 Laurence Herszberg共同簽署「合作備忘錄（MOU）」，由法國國家電影中心（Centre national du cinéma et de l'image animée，簡稱 CNC）歐洲和國際事務總監 Mathieu Fournet 以及臺灣駐法代表處副代表劉邦治公使共同見證，以表達雙邊官方對臺法首度在文化內容產業深度合作之里程碑的重視，大會「專業論壇」總監 Francesco Cappuro 亦應邀出席。

疫情期間國際實體展會取消後，文策院積極與歐洲最大劇集市場展Series Mania大會透過多次線上會議介紹臺灣影視現況與優勢，建立彼此長期合作的信任關係，除了去年首次整合臺灣隊參與Series Mania，並在競賽、論壇單元、出版影視媒合等取得豐碩成果(詳見附表)。經過一年多的相互了解，Series Mania和文策院於今天正式宣布建立夥伴關係，展開更深的連結，雙方將可透過展會媒合資金，建立平等互惠的合作，共同面向全球市場，並建立產業趨勢和商情交流網絡，合作培育國際製作人才，為臺灣影視產業的國際化、跨國合資或合製能量打基礎，期能藉由全方位合作的開展，有助臺灣影視產業拓展國際市佔率。

丁曉菁指出，臺歐之間地理距離雖然遙遠，但價值系統相近，包括多元文化的社會背景、自由開放的創作環境，以及影視市場的規模都和歐洲國家接近，再加上歐洲獨立製片蓬勃，已有完整的跨國資金、合製機制及國際通路，將有助於臺灣作品透過法國市場進軍全球。劉邦治致詞時表示，臺法兩國在文化產業的合作相當緊密，曾有許多合製電影作品取得亮眼成績，國際串流平臺的發展，將更多在地好故事帶到每個人的家中，期待臺灣與歐洲攜手共創更多膾炙人口的影視作品。Laurence Herszberg 表示，Series Mania非常自豪能與臺灣的文策院合作，雙方品牌相互加乘，期許未來在全球影視產業版圖中與臺灣一起取得成功。

此外，為了協助臺灣影視產業吸引更多的國際合製誘因與機會，丁曉菁也代表臺灣文策院，共同與英、義、愛沙尼亞及法國等代表受邀參與「里爾高峰論壇（Lille Dialogues）」向全球重要業者和創作者介紹臺灣影視發展的優勢。company in Taiwan and Vietnam. 文策院董事長丁曉菁所率領的工作團隊，也藉此次展會期間與專業人士洽談，建立產業資金、通路、人才的合作契機。其中透過展會交流，建立連結的加拿大魁北克省文化發展協會（SODEC，Société de développement des entreprises culturelles）國際事務、出口及電影營銷總監Elaine Dumont表示，期望與臺灣共同推動包含影視、音 樂、出版等文化內容產業的雙邊合作，並希望與文策院締對結長期夥伴關係；德國歐洲電影市場展（European Film Market） 總監 Dennis Ruh表示，很期待與臺灣建立劇集投拍、國際開發、合製人才的媒合系統；西班牙最大的國際製作公司MediaPro Studio 內容開發總監Ran Tellem表示，對於文策院提供的投資方案感到高度興趣，表示資金比例及進場規則非常友善。

法國里爾「Series Mania」是專為電視劇集而設計的國際專業級展會，2010 年由巴黎影像論壇 (Forum des Images) 發起，2017 年起獲得法國國家電影中心支持，活動內容包括世界首映、大師講堂、專業論壇及交流活動等，去年吸引近 72,000 觀眾與影視專業人士、國際電視台及新媒體播映平台、專業媒體等參與盛會。里爾高峰論壇由 Series Mania 大會與法國文化部、法國國家電影中心以及歐盟計畫－創意歐洲（Creative Europe） 共同舉辦，每年邀請國際專業人士，針對各國影視環境、政策方針等，提出分享及指標性的方向和建議。
