(中央社訊息服務20220221 18:03:18) 張芳榮執行長，出生於1965年，並於1993年創立東龍珠集團，為臺灣最知名的珠寶集團。2014年更打造臺灣第一個主打彩鑽的珠寶品牌「Brilliantia」，在他堅持僅販售最高等級、擁有GIA全美認證頂級鑽石的高規格標準下，讓Brilliantia的彩鑽受到市場極高期待！2015年接受《商業週刊》專訪，成為珠寶業界第一位受《商業週刊》採訪的業界人士。東龍珠（DLJ Group)從傳統珠寶批發、代工設計與製造起家，在歷經金融海嘯與產業外移中國，執行長張芳榮先生仍堅守臺灣，長期以高品質鑽石批發及精湛珠寶製作工藝，取得來自全球客戶的信任。

為發揚薪火相傳精神，張執行長深耕台灣的珠寶精品技職教育，以及培育珠寶精品產業人才，辦理「金藝求精全國精品設計金工競賽」提供高額獎金，鼓勵學生在珠寶金工的舞台上一展長才。東龍珠鑽石集團的資深珠寶精品工藝師，深入校園傳授技藝，將積年累月的工藝技巧，無私地傳授給同學，建立確實「工具、工序、工法、工藝」之概念，培育學子們具備貴金屬加工和珠寶鑲嵌技術 ，並與景文科大、鶯歌高職及鶯歌國中一企三校攜手產學合作，透過產學簽署共同簽訂產學合作意向書，八年一貫一條龍完整金工珠寶培育機制，共同培訓珠寶金工專業人才奠定良好基礎。並於107學年度與景文科技大學視覺傳達設計系進行實務專題的師徒制建教合作，開設一學期18週（共72小時）珠寶鑲嵌培訓課程，至今已邁入第六屆師徒制、第三年之金工專題培訓課程，並在全國金藝球精金工實作競賽中獲得優項獎項，這些都是推動產學合作、深耕技職教育的努力成果。
