  民眾使用行動支付的偏好度持續上升。根據資策會調查,國內消費者將行動支付做為首選的付費方式偏好度,由2020年的37%成長至去(2021)年的50%,相較以實體卡片做為首選付費比例由35%下滑至26%,兩者偏好度在2020年首度交叉後,差距幅度急遽擴大,2021短短1年已相差24%。

  調查發現,國人優先選擇使用行動支付比例高達69%,非常逼近實體卡74%與現金71%,尤其與實體卡的差距,從2019年26%縮短至2021年的5%,可見國人愛用卡片付錢的習慣,已經與過往有所不同。

  資策會認為,若新冠肺炎疫情持續蔓延,行動支付常用度將有機會超越現金,主要與去年疫情歷經三級警戒有很大關係。調查顯示,行動支付是疫情期間,消費者使用頻率增加最多的工具,有近60%消費者提升使用頻率,而增加實體卡比例34%、增加電子票證比例28%,反觀54%民眾降低現金使用頻率。

  行動支付越來越受到青睞的原因,依序為「方便(63%)」、「優惠(47%)」與「衛生(41%)」。其中「優惠」因素與過往相比下降7%,可解讀民眾使用行動支付時,是否獲得額外回饋已逐漸不重要。

  至於民眾使用行動支付的地方,最多的是便利商店(70%)、網路商店(56.3%)、量販店(55.8%)、超級市場(51%)、連鎖餐飲(47%)。與2020年調查相比,成長最多分別是網購、外送平台、繳費、超市、非連鎖餐廳,其中電商成長10%、外送平台成長約9%,都與疫情有相關性。

  此外,去年行動支付用戶在「使用頻率」、「平均消費金額」與「單次最高消費金額」皆有明顯成長。每日用戶從0.8%成長至4.3%,尤其六都的每日用戶比例4.6%,更是非六都2.2%的兩倍以上。每次平均消費金額超過1,000元的用戶,從3%增加至12%;單次消費金額超過3,000元的用戶,更從10%大幅成長至27%。
