虎年農曆春節到來，台北市職能發展學院的老師與學員們再度為學院周邊里鄰的獨老與弱勢家庭製作年節賀禮，並結合里長們於春節前夕一同拜訪獨老與弱勢家庭致贈訓練實作成果等美食好禮，讓受訪視者可以感受到來自職院的關懷。

北市勞動局長陳信瑜表示，職能學院以培訓優質勞動力為宗旨，每年辦理非常多元的職業訓練課程，學員來自各地，訓練期間戮力學習，以獲取一技之長，接受訓練期間也希望回饋社會，因此，特別參與學院的年終關懷活動，提供實作成果，向社區獨居長輩及關懷家戶遞送關懷與祝福，並傳達市府對於社會弱勢的關心。
